And it uses HTML5.

Maybe The North Korean Government Isn’t Using Twitter After All

Okay, so according to the North Korean Government they are not using the Twitter, Facebook and YouTube accounts.

Rather, according to them, these sites are run by SUPPORTERS of the government. Living in other countries no less, among them China.
