Sandy Bridge Processors Promise New Era of Mobile Computing

It seems like only yesterday that the Core i series of processors arrived. We just bought a Core i7 laptop and desktop for the office for the boss and one of our graphics designers and now Intel is announcing their replacement!

They will begin arriving on desktops and laptops coming 2011.

India’s Desire To Monitor Networks Poses Challenge For Google

RIM has opened the floodgates to India’s government wanting to access their citizens private communications.

Google is now faced with a challenge – how to allow India snoops access to Google’s Indian users content without giving them access to other users content. Possibilities include Google servers in India.

Social networking a bonus to burglars

If you use foursquare to tell the world exactly where you are, burglars are bound to find out, and then you will be robbed.

This poses a challenge to insurance companies, who seem to believe their only course of action is to charge their users more. Go figure.

Maybe a social tool to ensure the safety of your stuff at home will be a good idea.
