Germany opposes Google Street View switch-on

Right, lame jokes aside, it seems that Germany still does not like Google Street View. The German government is meeting to discuss concerns over the service.
Google is giving people until 15 October to opt out of the service.

Apple approves Google Voice apps
Apple has approved a pair of Google voice apps for the iTunes store. The interesting thing is that these apps have not been built entirely according to Apple approved standards as far as the tools used for building it are concerned.

Altech threatens legal action over digital tv standards
Another day, another story of government shafting the people. This time the Altech is fighting back over government plans to drop DVB-T in favor of ISDB-T.
